Lecturer Juliette Nwagbara, MS, RHIA, CRCR, PMP

Juliette Nwagbara, founder of RHIA Essential, is a Health IT educator at UT Austin with over a decade of professional experience in the Health IT field. She is also a public speaker, student mentor, Board Member of the Morehouse Advisory Board Council, member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, YouTuber, and a philanthropist. As a first-generation Nigerian-American, Nwagbara’s parents instilled the importance of education and hard work. This Houston native is now using those lessons to inspire her clients and mentees to achieve their highest potential. RHIA Essential has served hundreds of Health IT professionals all over the United States. Nwagbara earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas, Professional Certificate in Health Informatics from the University of Texas at Austin, and her Master of Science degree in Health Informatics Administration from the University of Maryland University College. She is RHIA, CRCR, and PMP certified.
