RHIA ESSENTIAL COURSES – TERMS OF USE, SUBSCRIPTION POLICY, AND COPYRIGHT NOTICE

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any RHIA Essential Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

RHIA Essential Courses are subscription-based educational programs. Your initial purchase provides access to the course materials for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of enrollment.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your first payment provides access for the initial 30-day subscription period.
• Continued access beyond the initial 30 days requires payment of recurring subscription fees.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• You are solely responsible for monitoring, managing, and canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to maintain access.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION RESPONSIBILITY

Users are solely responsible for canceling their subscriptions before the next billing date. Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date will result in automatic billing for the next subscription period.

We are not responsible for charges incurred due to a user's failure to cancel their subscription in a timely manner.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

Upon cancellation, access to the course will remain active through the end of the current paid subscription period. After that period expires, access to the course and all associated materials will terminate.

NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

By purchasing this course, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases, subscription payments, renewals, and fees are non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds, credits, chargeback accommodations, or partial refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Failure to pass the RHIA examination
• Lack of course usage
• Failure to complete the course
• Technical difficulties unrelated to our platform
• Accidental purchases
• Forgotten subscription renewals
• Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal

All refund requests will be denied.

RHIA EXAM DISCLAIMER

RHIA Essential Courses are designed to assist students in preparing for the RHIA examination. However, enrollment in this course does not guarantee successful completion or passing of the RHIA exam.

Passing the RHIA examination requires significant independent study, review of additional materials, practical application of knowledge, and personal preparation efforts beyond the content provided in this course.

No guarantees, warranties, or representations are made regarding examination outcomes, certification results, employment opportunities, salary increases, or professional advancement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT NOTICE

This course and all accompanying materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, slides, workbooks, study guides, quizzes, assessments, downloadable resources, audio recordings, graphics, documents, templates, notes, and other educational content, are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

This course is licensed to a single authorized user only. Enrollment grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal educational use.

No portion of this course or its materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, uploaded, posted online, transmitted, displayed, sold, licensed, shared, recorded, downloaded for redistribution, republished, translated, modified, reverse engineered, incorporated into another training program, used to train artificial intelligence systems, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of the copyright owner.

The paid content received from this course must remain confidential and may not be posted, displayed, shared, discussed, uploaded, or distributed on any public or private social media platform, website, forum, learning management system, cloud storage platform, file-sharing service, video-sharing site, or other electronic medium.

Sharing login credentials, screenshots, recordings, downloaded materials, course content, access links, or course resources with any individual or organization is strictly prohibited.

VIOLATIONS AND ENFORCEMENT

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, sharing, or disclosure of course materials may result in:

• Immediate termination of course access without refund
• Revocation of future access privileges
• Civil liability
• Statutory damages under applicable copyright laws
• Injunctive relief
• Recovery of attorney fees and legal costs
• Any other remedies available under applicable intellectual property laws

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the course or platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
